Winslow, Arizona suddenly earned its place in history with the late 1960s era tune “Take it Easy”, written by Glenn Frey and Jackson Browne and made famous by the Eagles.

After its 1972 release on The Eagles’ debut album, “Take it Easy” became a major hit, reaching #12 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

It remains one of the Eagles more popular tunes, and is a blast to learn how to play on the guitar.
